We ensure that our tutors have devices that meet the hardware and software requirements for conducting the tutoring sessions. Additionally, we require them to work using a high-speed broadband connection. So, it is improbable that you were not able to. However, if we notice or find any issues on the tutor’s side, we will investigate further and take suitable action.

If the problem is at your side, we will not be in a position to refund the total amount to you. We may refund part of the fee depending on the situation.
