The timing and the duration assigned in SH Shift tab is only tentative.

Due to WhatsApp scan issue though, try to follow the assigned timings. Else it will be difficult to manage the scans.

The DURATION is tentative and you will do the monitoring ONLY IF REQUIRED.

Monitoring is not like shift where you have to sit for your shift even when there is no work.
If there is lot of work, you may exceed the monitoring duration. However, if the work is not much, work for lesser hours. If there is no work, don’t do any monitoring and enter zero minutes worked.

Make two entries in work log.
One for your shift and one for monitoring so that it’s clear what entry is for what.
