A. Lets preserve the goose (students) that lays golden eggs!

👎 Do NOT be very happy getting huge profit margin from a deal.

For example, charging USD 35 from the student and paying Rs 400 to the tutor is not something we appreciate in MEB.

But why?
Because unreasonable profits are NOT SUTSTAINABLE. The student will check pricing with some other company someday and once he feel we are overcharging, he will leave.

B. WIN-WIN-WIN attitude

Every deal should not be just a way to earn more profit for MEB.

Treat it also as a way to make our students and tutors happy.

The idea is to keep the customer as long as possible with MEB.

In the process, we will get long term reasonable profits instead of one-time big profit.

Let us make MEB a company that not just do business but WOWs the students and the tutors! So that they stay with us for as long as possible.
