* “EVERY” tutor must be treated with Utmost RESPECT. Else we will have to deal with bad tutors who can ignore our impolite behaviour. So If we want to have a good team of tutors, GIVE RESPECT!

* Do NOT LECTURE the tutors what they should do and what they should not.

* Tell them clearly what we can offer and if they dont agree, we will get back to them if the student agrees.
