🟢 To Close Demo Sessions in DELIVERY STATUS, use only 1 of the below 4 options:

1. T-Demo Converted (Demo happened, Student said he liked the tutor)
2. T-Demo Not Converted (Demo happened, Student said he DID NOT LIKE the tutor)
3. T-Demo Feedback Awaited (Demo happened, Student not given feedback yet)
4. T-Demo Can Not Be Done (Demo did not happen and student not interested in having Demo anymore or not responding to our follow-up messages)

🔴 So after a demo is done, do NOT mark it Done! Instead, choose only 1 of the 4 options discussed above.

If you know the feedback, enter it in the Delivery Notes column AL.

If the Demo is not converted, you must offer the student another tutor or a lower fee. Try your best to not lose the customer!
