OLD MEB WhatsApp scan will be given to all the team members, going forward.

Old MEB WhatsApp is only for MAKING CALLS.
It is NOT FOR SENDING TEXT MESSAGES!

You either need to scan it as companion device in your mobile or in the laptop APP.
So that you can make and receive calls.

Do NOT get it scanned in the Browser!!!
Because in browser you can’t make or receive calls.

Do NOT forward work to tutors on old MEB WhatsApp at all.
Instead call them from meb old WhatsApp number and ask them to contact us on our INTERAKT number.

Exceptions

In case of new students or dissatisfied students, we can continue chat on old meb and WhatsApp.

PS:

• Stop using your own WhatsApp for initiating calling or messaging to the tutors/students. Use only MEB WhatsApp number for this purpose.
• Do not add your WhatsApp number in WhatsApp groups. As everyone has access to MEB old WhatsApp, that is enough to manage the live sessions and tutoring groups.
• Ofcourse in emergency, you can add yourself in those groups. You can also chat/call from your WhatsApp in emergency.
  But only in an emergency. Not otherwise!!!
