2. If something needs my attention, bring it to my notice. For example, if a tutor or a student is giving any feedback or complaining about our services, bring it to my notice so that I can do something about it.

Such feedback and complains are not for you. They are for me! So, it MUST REACH ME.

3. If you yourself see any area of improvement or something that we are doing wrongly; feel free to bring it to my attention. I deeply value honest feedback. I hate Sugarcoating or when hiding information from me.
