It is a CRIME!

If the tutor is unable to provide the demo/tutoring session on time, ask him why. Then explain him in clear words that the student won’t convert/continue with us if the tutor cancel/reschedule the session.

Put pressure on the tutor

Cancelling or postponing must be very very very rare. Not a daily routine!

This way, in future, he will think twice before cancelling or rescheduling.

If even after pressurizing the tutor, he is not ready to take the session on time, explore the option of doing the session as soon as possible. Preferably after an hour or two from the scheduled time.

Don’t delay it by one day or two day or more! More the delay, higher the chance of losing the student forever!

Tutors who delay or cancel, should be updated in tutors sheet. So that we can reduce their ratings or remove them from our system altogether.

If the tutor is not cooperating, arrange the session woth another tutor at the same date and time instead of delaying it.
