About S Kumar
I majored in Electronics and have dedicated my career to the art and science of teaching engineering. I have been fortunate to work with some of the most prestigious institutions and to witness firsthand the transformation of raw ideas into tangible projects. With a blend of research, real-world application, and academic excellence, my approach is both methodical and innovative. I hold a PhD from IIT Bombay and am currently pursuing a Post doc at IISc Bangalore, an experience that has enriched my understanding of advanced electronics and fostered a love for lifelong learning. Over the years, I have mentored over 1000 hardware projects and delivered countless online projects and assignments that have solidified my expertise in subjects such as VLSI design, computer architecture, and embedded programming. I recall an early moment in my career when I labored over a complex simulation of a Phase Locked Loop (PLL) using Cadence Virtuoso—a challenge that not only tested my resilience but also deepened my passion for electronics. My teaching style is centered around clarity and practical problem solving, ensuring that every student not only grasps theoretical concepts but also gains the confidence to tackle practical challenges with creativity and precision.
