About P Arun

I am a Mechanical Engineering specialist with an in‐depth focus on Thermal Power and Gas Turbine Engines. I completed my B.E. and M.Tech in Mechanical and Thermal Power Engineering before obtaining my Ph.D. in a niche area focusing on swirl flows in gas turbine engines. I have spent years immersing myself in research—employing advanced diagnostic tools and numerical simulations—to master topics such as Computational Fluid Dynamics, Combustion, Heat Transfer, and Fluid Mechanics. Throughout my academic journey, I have bridged theory and practice by working as a teaching assistant and later as a research scholar, experiences that enriched my understanding and ignited my passion for solving engineering challenges. I remember one instance during my teaching assistantship when I helped design and calibrate an experimental combustion setup for undergraduate students; witnessing their “aha” moments reaffirmed my commitment to education and mentorship. My current role as a research fellow deepens my expertise, and I look forward to sharing my technical knowledge through engaging online sessions. I aim to create a learning environment where complex engineering concepts are made clear, practical, and inspiring for both students and parents.

Simple, Focused SolidWorks Tutoring That Delivers

" Compared to other platforms, this one really stood out for its simplicity and focus. Wow! I mentioned what I needed on my LinkedIn profile, and a connection recommended MEB. Their SolidWorks sessions boosted my grade from a C– to a B thanks to clear examples and step-by-step guidance. Everything ran smoothly over Google Meet. "

Helpful Engineering Support, Just Needs More Updates

" I reached out on behalf of my niece who’s swamped with mechanical engineering group assignments, and honestly, Engg Buddy felt like our only option. The process was straightforward—contact them on WhatsApp, share the project details, then wait for a tutor match. But, um, it’d be super helpful if they provided regular progress updates instead of going silent between sessions. Our homework solutions arrived promptly via email. Overall, the student recommends the tutor. "

Quick and Clear Mechanical Engineering Help

" Yes, my son recommends the tutor. I’m Z. Wright’s father, and we reached out to Engg Buddy when Z needed to finish his mechanical engineering homework more quickly. P. Arun responded right away and sent clear solutions via WhatsApp. My son immediately felt confident diving into his next project. "

Solid Tutoring Experience Despite Messy Scheduling

" I couldn’t believe how dodgy some ads on WhatsApp looked. I’m Alan’s uncle, and I reached out via email at 11 pm. They quickly set up 1:1 sessions over Google Meet—arrrgh, the tutor really knew his stuff, but booking times got a bit messy. They even offered a free trial (one hour) so we could test the waters. All communication happened over WhatsApp, which was convenient. After working with the tutor, Alan’s confidence and skills improved significantly. "

Targeted Help, But Room for Improvement

" I felt stuck, so I turned to My Engg Buddy for online tutoring with P. Arun. The sessions matched my mechanical engineering syllabus exactly, which was a huge relief. I’m F. Ramirez, and I was nearly failing before this help arrived—though I wish it had come sooner. One thing to improve: tutor profiles need more detail on qualifications and experience. Also, the trial session felt too brief overall. Because of these points, I’m a bit hesitant to recommend them wholeheartedly. "

    Dependable Mechanical Engineering Tutoring

" The quality of help we received was solid and practical. I’m Sarah, James’s mother, and I reached out for his mechanical engineering tutoring needs. He was paired with a tutor who accurately assessed his progress and tailored each session accordingly. We even shared our requirements via WhatsApp at midnight once, and they were prompt and flexible. The trial lessons had zero pressure. James now attends his sessions over Google Meet and sends homework questions by email. Communication has stayed clear and friendly throughout. "
