Rishabh Singh has been a Student Helpline Officer at MEB for 6 years. He is the first point of contact for many students and parents reaching out via WhatsApp, and his focus is on understanding what each student actually needs — not just processing a request — so that the match with the right tutor is as accurate as possible the first time.
Rishabh believes that students who feel genuinely heard become the strongest advocates for a service, and that satisfaction built on trust is more durable than satisfaction built on speed alone. He applies this thinking to every interaction.
He is also a statistics expert with several years of teaching experience, a background that helps him understand and analyse student patterns and service quality data across the organisation.
