Aditi Singh has been a Student Helpline Executive at MEB for 3 years. Her primary focus is student satisfaction — listening closely to what students and parents describe, understanding the gap between what they have tried and what they actually need, and connecting them with the right tutor as efficiently as possible.

Aditi is also a qualified civil engineering tutor, with experience teaching the subject online. She is currently taking a break from external tutoring but continues to bring that subject knowledge to her helpline role.
