Akhilesh Bhadauriya has been a Student Helpline Executive at MEB for 1.5 years. His role centres on removing friction from the student experience — making sure that the process of finding a tutor, understanding what is on offer, and getting into a session is as straightforward as possible for every student who reaches out.
