Adnan Chaudhary has been a Student Helpline Executive at MEB for 2 years. Before joining MEB, he worked in customer support at Vistara, where he developed a strong foundation in handling complex queries quickly and ensuring that each person he spoke with felt their concern had been resolved rather than just acknowledged.

At MEB, Adnan applies that same standard to student and parent interactions. His focus is on personalised guidance — understanding the specific situation of each student, not treating every enquiry as identical — and on making the process of getting help feel effortless rather than effortful.
