Sameena Shaikh works as a part-time Student Helpline Executive at MEB. Despite the part-time nature of her role, she approaches every student interaction with the same level of care and attention she would give full-time — listening carefully, responding promptly, and making sure each student feels genuinely heard.

Sameena has found that the most important skill in her role is patience: students contact MEB at stressful moments in their academic lives, and the quality of the first response shapes their entire perception of the service.
