Menka Sharma has been a Student Helpline Executive at MEB for 2 years. Her work involves connecting students with the right tutors, handling queries and scheduling, and making sure the student experience from first contact to session completion is as smooth as possible.

Menka’s own university experience — where she struggled to find quality tutoring help — is a direct motivation for the care she brings to this role. She knows from personal experience what it feels like to need support and not be able to find it, and she is committed to making sure that does not happen to the students she interacts with.

Outside MEB, she is a computer science expert and teacher with professional experience mentoring students in programming and related subjects.
