Payment questions

Our fees are quoted in USD. Students have paid us in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, INR, AED, SAR, KWD and most other major currencies — your card or bank converts automatically at their rate, so you do not need to do anything.

Nothing has been taken. Try a different method above, or WhatsApp us and we will sort it out — often it is a card that blocks international transactions, and there is always another way through.

Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will send one. If you need it addressed to an institution or an employer, tell us the details and we will format it accordingly.

MEB never sees or stores your card details. Card payments run through a secure external checkout, and PayPal payments through PayPal’s own system.

No — payment is made before the session begins. That said, new students only risk $1: your first 30 minutes cost a dollar, refundable with no conditions if you are not satisfied.

Contact us within 24 hours of the session and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Full terms are in our refund policy.
