Nikhat Khan has been a Student Helpline Officer at MEB for 3 years. Her role involves understanding students’ academic concerns and personal circumstances, matching them with suitable tutors, and being a consistent and reliable point of contact throughout their time with MEB.

Nikhat is a mathematics and statistics teacher by training, which gives her genuine subject-level insight when students describe their difficulties. She takes a patient, listening-first approach — she knows that students are sometimes reluctant to ask for help, and making them feel comfortable enough to explain what they need clearly is often half the job.

Her goal is straightforward: every student who contacts MEB should feel that their problem was understood and addressed, not just logged.
