Rukayya Shah recently joined MEB’s student helpline team, bringing a background in HR and finance to a student-facing role. Her previous experience in organisational operations gives her an understanding of how processes and systems work at a structural level, which she applies to improving the consistency and quality of the student support experience.

Her goal at MEB is straightforward: to make sure every student who contacts MEB for help gets to the right tutor, with the right information, as quickly and smoothly as possible. She is also involved in HR functions within MEB, supporting the organisation’s internal operations alongside her student-facing work.
