What is the pay-as-you-go (no long-term commitment) type of service?
For example, let us say you need online Physics tutoring to understand a few topics in Physics. You can contact us and book as little as one session. We never ask you to subscribe to (say) a tutoring session per month kind of package. You can book 1,2, or any number of sessions that you need to understand the topics. We never charge you automatically. Once you are done understanding the topics, we never follow up with you and pressure you to buy more tutoring sessions.
Also, if you need help with your engineering Statics homework, you can share the questions with us, and we will tell you the fee. Once you pay the fee, we will solve your homework step by step, and that is it. We never charge you again unless you want more help.
So you only pay when you need some help. We call it “pay as you go.”
Why do we not sell any online tutoring subscriptions?
Subscriptions are pretty good for the business owners as the customer is tied to a long-term service for which they keep paying even if they don’t need it.
Such subscriptions are bad for the clients as they pay even when they don’t need any service. Subscriptions look cheaper, but in reality, they are pretty costly.
We are so confident of the quality of our services that we know the customer will keep coming for more services in the future. Hence we don’t tie our customers(students) into long-term subscriptions.
It effectively makes our tutoring services more affordable and cost-effective!
What if I need regular online tutoring sessions?
You can buy our tutoring packages for several hours, and once you exhaust them, you can buy more. We never force you to buy more than what you need.
We can give you reminders when your package is going to exhaust so that you don’t have to rush at the last minute to pay for future sessions.
If you want to pay monthly and get regular tutoring sessions, you can pay in advance for the whole month. This way, you won’t have to pay again and again.
