I worked with an MNC for the first 6 years then I realised it’s not my place. I changed my path and chose the teaching line. I focus more on clearing basic fundamentals of the subject so that students get a stronghold on that subject. I start with very basic questions to clear the concepts of a particular chapter. Once a student feels comfortable with basic questions I gradually increase the difficulty level.
