    " I joined after seeing a post in a WhatsApp group and was told about a trial session. I’m Marcus Miller’s father, and although they responded quickly on WhatsApp, setting up the session was confusing and the tutor profiles didn’t give enough detail. Adarsh helped him with Interior Design questions over Google Meet, and he did provide homework support, but without clearer credentials and more information on each tutor’s experience, it’s hard to feel the fee is justified. They really need to add detailed tutor bios and outline their qualifications. "

    " I wasted hours chasing MEB’s “24/7” WhatsApp and email support, repeatedly explaining that S. Allen needed last-minute interior design homework help. I’m his uncle and managing this. They picked a tutor, set an hourly fee with a “free” trial—but then billed me anyway. There was no direct contact with the tutor, no login portal—just Google Meet for sessions and answers sent via WhatsApp or email. They seriously overpromised, and his situation only got worse after using their service "
