    " H Aguilar does not recommend the tutor. I’m his father and I’ve never seen him this frustrated. He fell behind in architectural engineering and really needed homework help. From day one the whole process felt sluggish. It took forever to get through to support, and the trial session barely addressed his real issues. He ended up wasting hours waiting for clear explanations. Definitely not worth the hourly rate. We’re looking for help elsewhere. "
