    " I do not recommend the company. I’m K.’s mother and reached out after he struggled with his machine learning assignments. The online tutoring sessions were always on time and covered the key topics, but the overall support felt inconsistent and frequent schedule changes were frustrating. Communication sometimes lagged despite their claim of 24/7 WhatsApp availability. Their trial option was okay, but there were unexpected charges, and follow-up after our Google Meet session was minimal. "

  • Frustratingly Fast-Paced and Incomplete Tutoring Trial

    " Ugh, I tried to help my sister book a session when she needed math tutoring. Since I’m her brother, I handled all the messages. Their process sounded promising at first, but the tutor’s neutral accent came with speaking way too quickly, and they skipped over key steps. On top of that, the trial felt rushed and confusing, and the solutions she got had noticeable gaps. She definitely doesn’t recommend this company. "

    " Honestly, tbh, troubleshooting AI concepts over Google Meet has been a real headache. The setup was fine, but every WhatsApp ping came with a delayed response. I’m J. Patterson’s mom and expected a much quicker turnaround. For what I got, the pricing felt steep. The tutoring itself was pretty mundane and slow. I’m genuinely dissatisfied. "
