  • Frustratingly slow support and unclear timelines

    " I’m L’s mother and I’ve rarely been this frustrated. MEB’s process is way too slow: they matched her with Anish M for a Calculus group project, but it took endless back-and-forth on WhatsApp, unclear instructions, and vague deadlines just to get basic homework help.   • Slow Responses and Basic Tutoring

    " I’m R’s older sister, and honestly I’m pretty bummed about Engg Buddy. We reached out for Data Science homework help before his exams, but communication was really slow and the WhatsApp replies felt robotic. The trial session wasn’t cheap and still didn’t clear his more complex doubts. They do match him with a tutor, but the instructors need stronger expertise in advanced topics. Wouldn’t really recommend. "
