We reached out on WhatsApp at midnight, then waited for customer care to choose a tutor, got quoted a fee, and were offered a “trial” that still cost us. Then we were forced onto Google Meet. We could view tutor profiles but never message them directly. The homework came back by email, but the whole setup feels unnecessarily bureaucratic—nowhere near the “personalized pace” they advertise. "
