They matched her with a tutor who offered a free trial session and then switched to hourly billing. The solutions came back right on WhatsApp—no website login required—and they were accurate. However, it is on the expensive side, and responses can lag at night. Overall, I can’t really recommend MEB, though the tutor was helpful. "

  • Thorough but Unpredictable Sessions

    " B Hari is thorough but often drifts off-topic. I’m a friend of Z Al-Ajmi and watched him struggle through MATLAB sessions arranged via online tutoring. When the slow pace became frustrating, the refund process was surprisingly easy, and he got his money back quickly. I can’t honestly recommend this service unless you’re okay with truly unpredictable lessons. "

  • Frustratingly Slow Tutor Matching When We Needed Help

    " I’m S’s mother and I’m furious with MEB’s slow response. My son was really struggling with time management and needed help with his CFD homework as soon as possible. We reached out on WhatsApp, and even though they claim to be available 24/7, it still took them hours to match us with a tutor—and that was after paying a “nominal” trial fee. The Google Meet session itself was fine, but by then the urgency had passed. I can’t recommend MEB. "
