Sarvan N's Reviews

  • Improved Chemistry Grades but Value Isn’t Clear

" His chemistry grade went from a C to a B+. I’m a friend of Buford’s, and he’s been working with Diksha for online tutoring. He really values the detailed feedback after each session—it clearly shows where he went wrong and how to fix it. The sessions run smoothly over Google Meet, although he wishes there were more social studies tutors available. Overall, I’m still on the fence about whether the service is worth the price, so I can’t fully recommend it. "

  • Underwhelming Value Despite Promises

" Compared to similar platforms, My EngineeringBuddy feels like a budget rip-off, even though they claim to offer premium yet affordable service. I’m a friend of a student who signed up for their 1:1 electrical engineering tutoring, and we really struggled to get the support we expected. They do arrange sessions over Google Meet with decent experts, but the pricing doesn’t always match the quality. It would make more sense if they offered lower fees for lower grades. Also, communication is strictly through WhatsApp or email, which can be slow when you need quick answers. "

  • Trial Session Helped, but Fell Short

" Hello MyEngineeringBuddy. I’m Harrison P’s father, and we sought help for his electrical engineering homework. Harrison struggles to concentrate at home, so we tried the trial session via WhatsApp. The tutor session was on Google Meet, and solutions were sent over email. The hourly fee felt steep for such a short session, and the focus issues remained. Communication was okay, but the results fell short. "

  • Helpful but Unreliable Timing

" I’m H’s cousin and I arranged chemistry homework help when she fell sick and couldn’t keep up. The tutor did answer her questions but missed a couple of agreed-on sessions, which dragged things out. Responses came by email but sometimes only after the deadlines had passed. It felt more like a temporary fix than real support. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone on a tight schedule. Thank you. "

  • Mixed Results with MEB’s Zoology Help

" Getting one-on-one support for complex zoology assignments from MEB did make a real difference, though Jamila still feels overwhelmed. I’m her mother and saw her struggle for weeks before we reached out to MEB on WhatsApp. The trial session was free and held on Google Meet, and they assigned a tutor quickly. The completed homework arrived by email right on time. Despite that, Jamila didn’t gain confidence in the subject. We don’t recommend this service. "

  • Responsive Tutor, but Not the Right Fit for Us

" I arranged last-minute electrical engineering homework help online and felt utterly lost with her papers. I’m her mother, and G’s university schedule kept shifting unpredictably. The tutor answered queries clearly over WhatsApp and adapted every time our meeting had to move. Unfortunately, despite their flexibility and clear explanations, I can’t recommend this service—other tutors we’ve tried handled last-minute changes more smoothly. "

  • Frustrating Chemistry Help Experience

" I’m Iris Ross. I signed up for homework help on a chemistry Moodle assignment and ended up really frustrated. They matched me with a tutor quickly, but the explanations were vague and I felt rushed. Chatting over WhatsApp was awkward, and the free trial help they promised never actually showed up. In the end, I just managed to submit the assignment on time, but I can’t recommend their 1:1 tutoring service. "

  • Disappointing trial, delays and shallow help

" Hello everyone, I paid for public speaking homework help through My Engineering Buddy after seeing my friend Wilford struggling with online classes. The promised “free” trial ended up costing extra, the tutor kept rescheduling sessions, and the answers they finally delivered were superficial and late. "

  • Glitchy sessions and poor communication

" I got application-based digital signal processing tutoring through My Engineering Buddy. I’m Maria, the mom of a student who was struggling with these complex concepts. The sessions were glitchy and often ran overtime without any heads-up. The tutor knew his stuff, but communication felt off and scheduling was a mess. It’s meh. The trial session was lame, and support replies came really late. No follow-ups ever. Total time wasted. "

  • Frustrating Tutor Mismatch and Late Homework

" I’m Clyde’s father, and I’ve had enough of watching him struggle through sick days with zero guidance. We reached out at midnight via WhatsApp, got a quick reply, and were matched with a “chemistry” tutor who didn’t know anything about public speaking. The homework showed up late, barely touched on the actual assignment, and left him even more confused . Yes, he recommends the company. "
