    " Compared to other platforms, My Engg Buddy actually assigns a qualified tutor quickly. However, the Google Meet sessions felt a bit rigid, and we’ve run into surprise extra charges on top of the regular fees. Their advertised 24/7 WhatsApp support didn’t respond to our late-night questions, either. I’m his mother, and with these frustrating lapses, I can’t recommend this service. "

Smith, has noticed an improvement compared to before, but communication often drags on via email or WhatsApp. As his mother, I expect quicker responses. I’m Earle’s mother, and I arranged Real Analysis support through MEB after Earle struggled to juggle college work and family duties. The trial session felt rushed, and agreed deadlines weren’t met. They do ask for feedback and seem to genuinely care, yet the improvements were minimal. I can’t recommend them. "

The low trial fee looked great at first, but extra charges piled up so quickly it felt misleading. On top of that, the homework answers often showed up late and sometimes contained mistakes.
