    " I’m B. Al-Mutairi’s aunt, and I’m furious! He desperately needed clear, step-by-step explanations for his Chemical Engineering homework, so we tried My Engineering Buddy. They did connect us with a skilled tutor, but the sessions often went off-track . The hourly fee felt high, especially since we didn’t get any session summaries—those would’ve been really helpful. Homework answers came through WhatsApp, but the explanations were hit-or-miss . Overall, I can’t recommend them. Their follow-up and support lag behind other services we’ve used. "
