I’m Tyler H.’s uncle and contacted them via WhatsApp. They matched me with a tutor and showed me a profile, but direct messaging wasn’t allowed. The trial slot was almost free. Sessions ran on Google Meet and the homework solutions came by email. Overall, it felt overpriced for what we got, so I wouldn’t recommend this service. The tutor was knowledgeable in the subject the student needed help with, though. "

    " I’m F Al-Salem’s uncle and I signed him up with MEB because he was stuck on structural analysis. But the experience has been really maddening. All communication happens over WhatsApp, and M Bhushan’s feedback often comes in late. After several sessions, F still doesn’t grasp bending moment diagrams. Homework help showed up by email with no visuals, which made things even harder. They really need more interactive tools—like diagrams or screen sharing—to explain concepts clearly. Does the student recommend the tutor? No. "
