  • Frustrating Signup and Half-Baked Trials

    " I’d heard MEB was supposed to help with tax accounting, so I gave it a shot, but honestly I’m pretty upset with how messy it turned out. Signing up through WhatsApp was a total pain, and the trial sessions felt rushed and half-finished. I’m the student’s mother and I’ve juggled support for years—this just didn’t cut it. The tutors are okay and the care team really tries, but I wouldn’t recommend MEB. The one bright spot was the tutor’s genuine patience. "

  • Mixed Feelings on MEB’s Tutoring Service

    " I’m Nora’s sister, and I signed her up with MEB for financial accounting help because of her learning disabilities. We got paired with D. Mukherjee for online tutoring, but the fee feels really high. His explanations were sometimes unclear, so she didn’t always get the value we expected. I wish MEB offered monthly subscription plans instead of one-off payments. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend MEB—despite that, I have noticed her confidence and understanding improve after working with the tutor. "

    " Grades barely moved after a month of sessions. I’m his dad and was really hopeful when we hooked up with D Mukherjee for econ tutoring via My Engineering Buddy. The dude’s enthusiasm for teaching is off the charts, but my son’s exam scores stayed flat . The setup feels clunky—juggling WhatsApp and Google Meet all the time. And that nominal trial fee just seemed odd to me . "
