    " I tried to get Claude B’s family responsibilities factored in. MEB promised to match him with Rahul S within hours—ridiculous. I’m his aunt and I handled the sign-up. After the third session, they demanded another trial fee. On the plus side, Rahul S really knows project management. But communication was sloppy, with long pauses, and we often waited days for solutions. Overall, I’m not recommending MEB. The quality of help was decent, but the unexpected fees and slow responses were a deal-breaker. "

We browsed tutor profiles on the site but couldn’t contact anyone directly or log in to an account. They charged a nominal trial fee, and the homework solutions arrived by email. Honestly, the process felt a bit cumbersome, and the grade improvement was only marginal—going from a C to a B–. "

Communication was straightforward via WhatsApp, and the trial session felt well-balanced. Honestly, afterward he seemed more overwhelmed by deadlines than comforted.
